Our Audience

The MEET South West audience will have an active business interest in the MICE industry. Visitors will range from PAs/EAs organising events as part of their role, through to professional corporate event managers, event agencies and marketing organisations.

As part of our marketing activities we will be inviting the top 250 corporate event planners, agencies, freelancers and influencers from across the region.

Destination Bristol and Visit Bath will also bring pre-qualified event buyers from London to MEET South West as part of coordinated city tours.

Maximum of 3m width per company. All spaces are 1.5m deep.

No VAT is payable.

How to apply

MEET South West will be an exhibition with a difference. With a limited capacity of around 60 exhibitors we have taken the decision to curate who gets to exhibit.

Rather than the same old, same old, we’re curating the exhibition to ensure it’s filled with the freshest, brightest, most innovative companies in the South West.

Simply applying will not guarantee a place.

MEET South West is not about having a big stand, it’s about showcasing unique and useful suppliers. So to further increase the quality of the show, prices for exhibition spaces are fixed at £195 per meter width (depth of 1.5m) and capped to a maximum of 3m width per company.

All expressions of interest will be reviewed by a Steering Committee consisting of the MEET South West organisers; Kathryn Davis, Head of Tourism, Destination Bristol; Paul Colston, Managing Editor, Conference Division, Mash Media; and two corporate event planners. Successful companies will be notified shortly afterwards.

We think this is a fair way of selecting exhibitors and will lead to an engaging and unique visitor experience.
