Exhibition spaces priced at just £195/m
Maximum of 3m width per company. All spaces are 1.5m deep.

No VAT is payable.
How to apply
MEET South West is an exhibition with a difference.
Rather than the same old, same old, we’re curating the exhibition to ensure it’s filled with the freshest, brightest, most innovative companies in the South West.
Simply applying will not guarantee a place!
MEET South West is not about having a big stand, it’s about showcasing unique and useful suppliers. So to further increase the quality of the show, prices for exhibition spaces are fixed at £195 per meter width (depth of 1.5m) and capped to a maximum of 3m width per company.
All expressions of interest will be reviewed by a Steering Committee consisting of the MEET South West organisers; Kathryn Davis, Head of Tourism, Destination Bristol; and two corporate event planners. Successful companies will be notified shortly afterwards.
We think this is a fair way of selecting exhibitors and will lead to an engaging and unique visitor experience.
