More partners join MEET South West

Partnerships and sponsors are critical to events large or small and, as we have said before, MEET South West is no different. We have already announced our first set of partners and we are delighted to be able to share news of the other companies who are supporting us to enable us to make this show a reality.

Firstly we are over the moon to welcome Conference News as our Industry Media Partner and its editor Martin Fullard as one of the speakers, sharing his predictions for events in 2020. Conference News is one of the biggest event-specific publications and is the official information hub for the UK’s MICE industry.

Evans AV and Staging will be managing all of our AV and staging requirements – from providing the power to our exhibitors to the screens, mics and staging to enable us to deliver the programme. Based in Bristol but working around the globe, Evans has over 30 years experience of ensuring events go off without a hitch.

Remember the contortionist from January? Trevor George Entertainment specialises in the WOW-factor and we are delighted that they are curating a variety of acts for your entertainment so you can see how they can add that special something to your next event.

Helping us achieve our sustainability goals (more on this in another post!) we are proud to continue our working relationship with Colour Studios and start a new relationship with EventsCase.

Colour Studios provide fully recyclable display solutions and provided our display and signage solutions last year and will again this year. For the second year they are offering our exhibitors a special offer for their stand displays at MEET South West, but the deadline is fast approaching, so do get in touch with them ASAP.

And it’s out with the event brochure and in with the event app for 2020 as EventsCase are providing our event app solution! Visitors will be able to find everything they need to have a fun and informative day at the show without printing a thing. Using the official MEET South West app, delegates will be able to view the full programme, speaker profiles and exhibitor listings, as well as being able to message and connect with fellow delegates before and at the show. A great networking tool and sustainable to boot!

And last but by no means least EventReference are already up and running supporting our registration platform and will be there on the day showcasing their print-on-demand badge tech. They have flexible registration systems which suit all types of events – take a look at their website and see how they can help you make light of your registration management, no matter how big your event.

To meet our valued partners and sponsors, learn more about how they can work with you on your next event and to expand your network make sure you register for MEET South West 2020, Friday 31st January 2020, at the Mercure Bristol Grand.
